COR collects the information you choose to share through the quiz, newsletter forms, and practitioner contact forms so we can provide practitioner recommendations and respond to requests.

Phase 1 stores quiz and contact information locally in your browser for demo purposes. In a production deployment, this information should be sent only to secure services with appropriate access controls.

We do not sell personal information. We only use information to help provide COR services, improve the experience, and support communication you request.

You should avoid submitting urgent medical or crisis information through COR forms. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a crisis support line.
